Description:
Two glasses of this and you just might be able to hit a Mariah Carey high note. The secret to the great taste is the homemade sour mix.
Ingredients:
For the Sour Mix
1 12 ounce can frozen -concentrate limeade
1 12 ounce can frozen concentrate lemonade
12 ounces water (just fill up one of the cans)
4 ounces lemon-flavored rum (like Bacardi Li'mon)
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup ice cubes
whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
1) To make the sour mix, stir the limeade, lemonade, and water together in a pitcher.
2) In a blender, combine the rum, raspberries, 6 ounces (about 3/4 cup) sour mix, and ice. Blend until smooth.
3) Add a whipped cream to each drink for garnish, if desired.. (But for me, with whipped cream, it's super dooper delicious!
